Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Patch's & Bobs Workshop​. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
We try to get all orders processed within 1-2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If that's the case we will contact you to keep you up to date with your order.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Patch's and Bobs Workshop currently offer Free Shipping to all orders placed. We currently use Royal mail for our postal courier.

Where we ship too

We currently ship to addresses within the UK.

International Shipping
​
We currently do not ship outside of the UK at this present time, We are looking into shipping outside of the UK but we have a lot of research to do before committing to international shipping. An Announcement will be made/posted when we start shipping internationally.
Returns Policy
We currently only take returns if you receive the handmade product damaged due to the Shipping Couriers Fault, All orders will be packaged with care, with a full 100% satisfaction by ourselves that the item inside the box is not damaged before Shipping out.
If you do receive your order damaged please don't hesitate to contact us and we would be more than Happy to talk and come to an arrangement to fix the problem thats has occurred.
